tablet STAND & Bubble level

troy chalmers

This tablet stand is a cosmetic and functional stand intended to hold a medium sized tablet on a table. When used with a rubberized tablet cover, it can maintain any angle between 15-60 degrees from horizontal.

The Bubble Level has magnets on top and bottom, and is precise.

Both were machined from aluminum and anodized prior to assembly. Toolpaths were created using SOLIDWORKS CAM, and parts were manufactured on Haz mills under the direction of professors Kyle Kinghorn and Jayson Kunzler.
